The COVID-19 Pandemic has created global social and economic disruption including the largest global recession since the Great Depression.
As of January 26, 2021, more than 99.8 million cases have been confirmed, with more than 2.14 million deaths attributed to COVID-19.
Vaccines were developed and tested in 10 months, unlike other vaccines that take a decade to produce. This has created uncertainty with some.
So how will vaccinations impact the workplace? Can employers require the vaccination amongst their employees? How are other businesses responding? In this workshop we will be discussing what the vaccination looks like in the workplace including debunking the myths, and the legal issues to avoid.
