There are a lot of people that may not understand what Peak Performance does as an organization. Peak Performance offers a free consultation for coaching, organizational training and an array of personality assessments designed to help individuals improve performance. Developing others through coaching, training and/or assessments creates awareness and supports positive learning and action,” she says, “This process is not rocket science, it’s self-awareness – learning about yourself and how you operate positively enhances all aspects of how you show up.”
Trigena uses an Asking vs. Telling model in her coaching. This allows her to better understand the individuals she works with and their needs instead of assuming she knows the answer. This model creates the ideal experience for helping individuals “figure out where they want to go and how to get there.” Trigena states, “My role is to create awareness about your situation, challenge assumptions and work with you to discover superior solutions.”
No matter where you are in your journey as an individual, leader or organization, Peak Performance can help improve relationships, achieve success and drive groups and individuals in accomplishing more than they thought possible.
