Eric Higginson started Snackdash, a snack delivery company based in Heber, UT, with one van and delivered bottled water and snacks to companies around the area. Within the first three months, their investment in the van was paid off and they were off to the races. Snackdash now delivers anything an office needs – from office supplies to drinks, to bathroom supplies. Higginson’s leadership led the company to go from orders being processed via email to orders processed through an app.

An outdoorsman at heart, Christ Holt began Campman, an online outdoor specialty retailer, in 2006. Since that year, they have steadily grown and are now 200 times bigger than where they started. Campman went from having five to ten orders per month to 3,000 to 4,000 orders per month. Holt has had to hire multiple people to manage the growth they are seeing. With its headquarters in Sandy, Campman is continuing to grow and is becoming the premier site to purchase outdoor gear.

The self-starter in Lance Paulson led him to start his own insurance agency – the Lance Paulson Insurance Agency powered by American Family Insurance. In 2007 he had zero clients – since then he has hired five agents and they now serve over 2,200 households across the state of Utah. He specializes in all types of insurance from vehicles and owner-occupied single-family residences to large apartment complexes with over 200 units.
